Haiku 74 – Remembrance Day (NaBloPoMo #11)

If you have been following this blog for any length of time, you will realize that I enjoy using haiku as a medium for humour.  There are some days, however, where humour seems a bit inappropriate.  Today is the day that we remember those who have fought in wars so that we can live lives of peace.  Today’s haiku is dedicated to all those who have served for our freedom.
